What is tilt?

Emotional decisions after bad beats:

  • Playing too aggressive after a loss
  • «Revenge» calls with weak hands
  • Overconfidence after a win — playing too many hands

Tilt warning signs

  • Playing hands outside your chart

  • Oversized pots
  • Staying at a table when you should leave
